Capecod reached the finals of EGR 2023 in two categories

There are two categories of EGR 2023 towards which Capecod is a candidate: Casino platform provider, Acquisitions & Retention Partner.

EGR Italy Awards 2023 

The EGR Italy comes back! This Award  is considered the premier gaming event for companies operating in the Italian market. It will be an opportunity for leaders of the Italian gaming market to come together!

Also this year Capecod has been included in the Shortlist, as a finalist in two distinct categories.

The entry into the Short List confirms the work of the Provider who conseders creativity and innovation the focal points of their offer.

Casino Platform supplier

This award will be given to the supplier that has offered the most successful casino product over the past year. Judges will award the prize for the quality and performance of the casino platform and related technology, customer service and the company’s commercial success, with special consideration given to innovation. The Key criteria include:

• Understanding of customer needs
• Acquisitions & Retention Partner

This award will be given to the company that has distinguished itself as a customer onboarding and retention partner for egaming operators in the last 12 months. Participants will be required to provide evidence of commercial success and positive feedback from their customers. The Key criteria include:

• Provision of short -Flexibility
• Understanding customer needs
• Reaction to market challenges
• Reliability of the service
